What is OTG?
Off The Grid is the next-gen free to play Battle Royale from visionary director Neill Blomkamp. Set in a near-future world where contestants are cybernetically augmented and dropped into televised bloodsport. Death is temporary, but fame is forever.
When Regen technology is invented, it's bought out exclusively by a consortium of billion-dollar gaming companies to stage a Real Battle Royale. It's a Super Bowl-style televised bloodbath where everyday people are augmented with cyberlimbs and dropped onto an abandoned island to fight to the death.
What about the cyberlimbs?
In Off The Grid, YOU are a modular death machine. Switch your cyberlimbs at any time and adapt your playstyle on the fly. Loot the body parts of those that have perished around you and assemble your dream loadout. With more than 15 limbs available to loot, steal or drop in with, the possibilities for mayhem are endless.
Once you finish your match, you can change your loadouts including cyberlimbs, extract them from hexes or trade them on the marketplace.
Did someone say guns?
Finetune weaponry to fit your play style: with thousands of combinations there is a loadout for any kind of killer. Tune your guns to perfection with a wide variety of cosmetics and attachments, or lean heavy into Teardrop Island’s latest cyberlimbs in order to dominate the battlefield. Call in your customized loadout at any time and make the battlefield your playground.
How does the marketplace work?
Every item you extract or earn can be traded on the in-game marketplace. We've built a truly open game economy, whether you're snagging that weapon you’ve been coveting, or flipping unused gear, every deal is driven by real supply and demand. List, trade and build up your perfect loadout by using the 'Marketplace' tab in the game.
What exactly is this 'extracting'?
We promise no dentists get involved. You can extract high-value loot off the island amidst a brutal battle for survival. Adapt, outsmart and work your way closer to victory. Off The Grid isn’t just about being the last one standing, it’s about looting and extracting the most valuable gear before becoming the next casualty.
Whenever you successfully extract an item, it appears as HEX on your end battle screen and lands in your inventory. It is then up to you to decode it. You can learn more about the various HEX sources here.
What game modes are currently available?
For any carnage afficionados there are multiple ways to slice them and dice them. Currently the available modes include Deathmatch and Extraction with more on the way.
Players can also engage with a tutorial and shooting range.
Where should I start my journey?
You can hop right in and test your skills against other players, but we highly encourage you to complete our tutorial first, which will not only grant you some basic understanding of the game but also additional goodies for a smooth start.

What is the OTG Pro?
OTG Pro is our subscription model, which offers a wide variety of in-game perks and additional cosmetic items. Our game is not pay to win or pay to play, so the items give you no direct advantage on the battlefield but allow faster progression, more loadout slots and unique skins for you to express yourself. But that's not all - as part of Battle Pass, players also receive free items per level as they progress through the game.
Does the game offer crossplay and shared progression between platforms?
The game offers crossplay, so you can squad with any friends (or frenemies) from Epic, Xbox and PS5.
However, due to platform rules and limitations, we do not currently offer cross progression between platforms.
What are these 'friends' you speak of ;)?

How can I take footage of my badassery?

G... Not going there. We are working tirelessly to offer you the best gaming experience, but we realize, that things can still go wrong. In that case, please refer to our handy guide.
How can I leave feedback on the game?
Our goal is to gather gameplay data and detailed feedback so we can polish the features of Off The Grid. It is also crucial in helping us identify issues, fix bugs, and deliver the best experience possible for players – and we would highly appreciate it, if you could take the time to leave feedback on our Discord as you play OTG. All main surveys will also be sent via E-Mail, so do keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folder.
