We are really excited to share more details about our loyalty program for subscribers in Off The Grid.
What is a loyalty reward?
Loyalty reward is a special kind of reward unlocked by those of you, who are subscribers in Off The Grid for more than one consecutive month. This means that if you renew it manually a week or month later, it's no longer consecutive.
Where can I find my loyalty reward?
For your convenience, loyalty rewards have been moved from Battle Pass to Subscription and will now be granted automatically, which means you no longer need to unlock them via Battle Pass.
Loyalty is player-specific and doesn't depend on the date of introduction of the reward itself, but on the date of last payment. That means that for the player subscribed on December 1st, and still subscribed in January, the loyalty reward should unlock before January 2nd.
How often will I receive it?
We've got some good news here because the rewards get better as time progresses, which means that the longer you are subscribed, the better the benefits and rarer the items.
That's why we encourage to continue your subscription because, in case of interruption, we start counting from zero again. This also means that you can receive the same loyalty reward again, if you reach the same number of months after resubscribing.
Can you clarify that last part about the same loyalty reward?
Sure. Let's say you subscribed for 2 months and received your first loyalty reward - The Croc Skin for the Vulture. You then decide to unsubscribe, so you don't reach another level of loyalty.
However, at some point in the future, you subscribe again and reach 2 months - you will again receive the same skin as your first loyalty reward but then progress as usual through different rewards.
